This department consists of six lines. Each line designated and assigned for one product that comes from Heat treatment furnace. Assist to do center bore drilling, machining in and out wall of wheels, drilling bolt and value hole.
All lines are quite versatile to change over to different AWMC products in short time. Next step will be balancing and leak test for all wheels as standard requires, then transfer to washing machine for first cleaning to diminish oil caused by machining.

During CNC machining process wheels should have CMM and run out testing for dimensional accuracy.
